Is it safe to order from Millennial Pink?

Millennial Pink is a safe and secure website. When your order from us, we will process your payment using Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

How much is shipping?

We're excited to announce that we now offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.

When will I receive my order?

Each order takes 7-15 business days to arrive at it's destination. Once you place your order with us, you will receive a shipping confirmation 2-5 business days later. 

Please note that although we estimate all orders should be received within 25 business days, this time can vary depending on the destination country and season. We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

What about duties and taxes?

While Millennial Pink covers all postage fees for shipping, we cannot and do not refund or pay for any duties that countries may charge the customer upon receipt of their order. Additional duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed on our website and checkout is complete you cannot make any changes to your order. We begin processing as soon as checkout is complete and cannot make adjustments or amendments to orders at this point.

Can I make a return or exchange?

We allow returns and exchanges on all items up to 30 days after they have been received by the customer. 

Unfortunately we do not allow any returns or exchanges on sale items. All discounted items are final sale.

What if my item is damaged or unsatisfactory?

If your item is damaged or does not match your expectations, you can contact us on the Contact page of our website to discuss the issue with us. Please include photos and descriptions of any damages or issues with your items and we will do our best to amend the situation.
